Hi there, I'm Liz—portrait photographer, wife, Jesus follower, and tea enthusiast based in Central Pennsylvania. I've spent my life behind the lens, documenting stories that matter to me. Let me tell you why I’m so passionate about capturing life’s most precious moments—and why your family’s story matters, too.
From the moment I was old enough to wrap my little fingers around my family’s old camcorder, something clicked. I didn’t know it then, but I was falling in love with the art of memory-keeping. I filmed and photographed everything—from Barbie fashion shows to silly skits with my little brother. By the time I hit high school, I was documenting everything around me, often to the slight annoyance of my family (love you, Mom). But it was more than just a hobby—it was my way of holding on to the moments that mattered. Looking back, I think I’ve always been chasing the magic of freezing time.

Images capture something real, preserving a piece of someone’s authentic self—not as they were or will be, but as they are right then, in that exact moment. Because once that moment passes, it’s gone.
As I’ve gotten older, I’ve come to cherish my silly little photos more and more—because time moves fast, and people and places change.

You buy a house. You move. Your parents' hair begins to gray, and suddenly... you’re the parent. Tiny flutters in your belly turn into kicks, then laughter, then footsteps. Your baby becomes a toddler, toddler into a child, and before you know it, you’ve lifted them into your arms for the last time.

I do this because I want to give you a way to preserve your story—the love, the connection, the in-between moments that make your life so beautiful. My job isn’t just to take your picture; it’s to see you. To gently guide you, to create space for you and your loved ones to slow down, connect, and be fully present with each other. I’m simply there to capture what unfolds naturally—who you are, as you are—in this season you’ll never get back.
